• We offer same-day delivery in Port Harcourt and nationwide shipping.

• Delivery timelines are estimates. PuffNaija shall not be liable for any delays due to third-party logistics providers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds:

Due to the hygienic nature of vape products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
Returns may be accepted for defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.

To request a return, contact support@puffnaija.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

6. Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
